The zine is published in part to honour the memory of the late John Whitmore, who did so much for the analogue photography community. The first batch of zines sold will include an A6 print of one of John’s photographs which has been chosen for the project by his family. Any surplus after printing and distribution costs are being donated to Asthma+Lung UK.
ambiguous is a new zine, a collaboration between 12 photographers from around the world and edited by Yours Truly.
It has 60 pages, printed on 130gsm silk paper. The cover is on a heavier paper stock that has been treated to a matte anti-scuff lamination, so it should be fairly robust. All photographs were taken on Kosmo Foto Agent Shadow 35 mm film. (There was also an option to use a 120 roll film equivalent, but I don’t think anyone took it)
ambiguous is being sold for £12 in the UK, £15 to the rest of the world – the price includes postage.
